Another big day for our Girls Program yesterday as over 70 College Coaches from over 50 different schools came out to watch our GU15, GU16, & GU17 Elite Teams scrimmage against Legends & Slammers at Poinsettia Community Park.
“For what was just a few showcase friendlies this is an unbelievable number of College Coaches to come to our patch and actively scout our girls,” commented CUFC Director of Operations, Michael Duggan.
CUFC Girls Director, Carl Higham, commented “After our recent National League success we expected quite a few schools to come out but nothing of this magnitude. Once again, it just goes to show the level of our Girls Program and highlights the now cemented interest we have from top Colleges right across the country.”
