City SC Carlsbad Recreation offers two very unique Winter Soccer Programs for children with the birth years 2020-2011. Each program runs 6 weeks and only meets on Saturdays. Please see below for more information on each program.
2020-2017 4v4 Winter League Jamboree
Our Winter Jamboree is geared for children aged 3-7 years old. The goal for this program is all about development and learning the skills needed to play in a full season of soccer. This is a great environment as an introduction to the sport and/or for the experienced player looking to get some great coaching from our professional coaching staff. Each week there will be a new focus and each child will get hundreds of touches on the ball in just an hour session. Our professional staff will teach our future stars some new skills and proper soccer technique with creative and fun games and drills. Every session will end in a small sided game where parents can cheer on their favorite little soccer stars!
AGES: Boys & Girls aged 3-7 (birth years 2020-2017)
DATES: Saturdays, Feb 3-Mar 16, 2024 (Excludes presidents day weekend)
TIMES (subject to change):
- Boys & Girls 2020/2019: 8:30-9:30am
- Boys 2018/2017: 9:45-10:45am
- Girls 2018/2017: 11am-12pm

*Please note Week 1, Feb 3, will be At Aviara Community Park
COST: $140 (Includes Shirt, End of Session Medal, and 6 Professional Coaches Sessions)

2016-2011 7v7 Winter League Pick Up
Our Winter 7v7 League is a great way for our recreation players to stay in soccer shape while still having time for other Spring Activities. All sessions are run on Saturdays with a 30 min practice before each game. Teams will be run by a volunteer coach and play other teams in the league in a 7v7 format so each player gets maximum touches on the ball during each game.
AGES: Boys & Girls 8-14 (birth years 2016-2011)
DATES: Saturdays, Feb 3-Mar 16, 2024 (Excludes presidents day weekend)
TIMES (PLEASE NOTE WEEK 1, FEB 3, TIMES WILL BE FROM 12:30PM ONWARDS IN THE SAME ORDER BELOW IN 90 MINUTE INCREMENTS):
- Girls U10 (2016/2015) 8:30AM-10:00AM
- Boys U10 (2016/2015) 10:00AM-11:30AM
- Girls U12 (2014/2013) 11:30AM-1:00PM
- Boys U12 (2014/2013) 1:00PM-2:30PM
- Boys & Girls (2012/2011) 2:30PM-4:00PM – please note this could be co-ed depending on sign ups
LOCATION: Aviara Community Park
COST: $170 (Includes Shirt, End of Session Medal, and 6 games with a licensed Referee)
