Massive congratulations to our U14 Elite boys (pictured above) who were finalists in National State Cup. The boys lost in a heartbreaking penalty shootout after arguably being the better team throughout the fiercely contested game.
Unfortunately our U16 & U17 Elite girls also lost in very tight 1-0 finals but a massive congratulations to our U18 Elite girls who were crowned National State Cup Champions after beating Beach FC in a thrilling 3-2 final! The girls are pictured below.
In terms of National State Cup, having 1 team make the semis, 3 teams make the finals, and 1 team win the whole lot certainly isn’t too shabby a showing. Well done all, putting us on the map!
Also, a big shoutout to our GU14 Elite Team who just missed out on the finals losing 1-0 in a very tight semi finals. Still a fantastic achievement!
