My personal ethos for coaching is to reinforce the passion for the game in each of my players. I do this by creating an environment in which each player has the confidence to make decisions to solve the problems they may face on the field. In addition, I give players the freedom to express themselves within the structure that we create. My goal is to develop a sense of ownership over the game and their success within the game. I feel that this translates beyond the field as well to develop each of them as humans.
