LA Galaxy San Diego Girls U15 Academy team goalkeeper Areli Jazmin Reyes Massanat has been called up to join the Mexican U15 Women’s National Team from November 17th to November 27th. Even more impressive, Areli will play a year up with the Mexican U16 Women’s National Team at the Silverlakes Thanksgiving Showcase, from 22 to 27 November.
LAGSD Director of Girls and G03 Academy Coach, Carl Higham, commented, “We are all very proud of Areli. To jump from our 2003 Gold Team to our Academy Team and now to be representing Mexico is simply fantastic – the definition of development. Well done, thoroughly deserved!”
