“As we strive to do our best and give the older boys in our program the most exposure possible, today, was once again a step in the right direction,” said LAGSD Director of Boys, Glenn Malone. “The work our Boys College Liaison, Sean Gurley, has put in to make this day a success has been very commendable. Four excellent schools were represented at our event and each coach offered their unique insight into what it takes to become a collegiate athlete and gave a detailed run through of the type of work they would be doing on the training field.”

LAGSD Boys College Liaison, Sean Gurley, added, “The coaches in attendance were very happy with the level of performance from our players and in particular commented on how hard the boys worked. They stressed the importance of academic level when it comes to recruitment and were pleased to discover that a great deal of our players are at a very high academic level. Overall, it was a great day for the boys. They received great feedback and honest advice regarding the recruiting process, and I feel they are now in a much better position because of it.”
