We bet many of you didn’t know there is a Carlsbad United team that play in Palau (a group of islands that are part of the Micronesia region in the western Pacific Ocean)? Well, over the last couple of seasons we have been growing strong connections with the Palau Football Association and with our most recent donation of uniforms they named a team named after our club.
This Carlsbad United team has just finished 2nd in their league so we would like to congratulate them!
The next step in our connection with Palau is to hopefully start up a penpal communication flow between the children of Palau and our children here in Carlsbad.
