I think that football is a powerful tool for social transformation and the development of human skills. With 10 years of experience as a coach and manager of a football academy in Brazil, I had the opportunity to help children and young people achieve their goals and shape better individuals for society. My foundation is in Brazilian football school, with experience in my youth in Futsal and street football, allowing young individuals to exercise their creativity and develop their personality through the game.
