I feel fortunate to share my experience and passion with the next generation of athletes. My primary goal is to coach the fundamentals of soccer while supporting skill development, fostering personal growth, and encouraging character development. My coaching philosophy emphasizes technical and tactical skills, physical conditioning, and mental resilience. I aim to enhance players’ physical abilities and foster a strong mental mindset that will serve them well in all aspects of life. I emphasize respect for family, friends, teammates, and competitors.
More than just a coach, I strive to be a mentor who instills values of sportsmanship and integrity. My journey from Brazil to the USA has deepened my love for coaching and reinforced my commitment to nurturing talented soccer athletes. I believe that by investing in mental coaching for young athletes, we can enhance their future prospects on and off the field, fostering athletic excellence, personal growth, resilience, and lifelong success.
