With our LAGSD Women’s Team WPSL league season due to start in a couple of weeks, this Saturday, May 19, our LAGSD Women’s Team will take on the LAGOC Women’s Team at the fantastic Orange County Great Park soccer stadium in a preseason friendly that has playfully been dubbed ‘The Battle Of The I-5’.
With six LAGSD teams traveling up earlier in the day to scrimmage LA Galaxy Orange County teams and then stay to support our ladies, the event should be a great spectacle. There also will be a full menu of pre-game entertainment, including food trucks, a ‘live’ band and kids fun zone with doors opening at 3:30pm.
