Former club player Luis Garcia has recently and very unexpectedly passed away. Along with his sister Cindy, who is now a City SC Coach, Luis played for us for many years. Luis tragically leaves behind two babies and his family could benefit from whatever financial help we can provide at this extremely difficult time.
