City SC has recently partnered alongside VEO, to allow every single team in the club an opportunity to have some of their league games filmed for the upcoming 2022/23 season.
This partnership will allow teams to choose to rent the camera for a single game or for an entire month, to provide high-quality video recordings of your son or daughter’s matches, which can then be shared and viewed for free using a URL link. The VEO camera will follow the ball at the click of a button and once clicked, doesn’t need any manual operation while the game is underway!
How does this work?
Teams will have the ability to use cameras for a single game or on a monthly basis.
Cameras and tripods will be located at the club office (City Soccer Club, 5375 Avenida Encinas, #C, Carlsbad, CA 92008).
How much will this cost?
To rent the camera for an individual game, it will cost the team $50.
To rent the cameras for a month, it will cost the team $300 (for teams who chose to rent the cameras for a month, they have the option of also being able to record their training sessions as well as games).
Why rent the camera?
Whether the recording is for analysis and self-reflection purposes, college highlight clips, or simply to be able to send to relatives or friends who aren’t able to make it to the games, having the games recorded offers the best solution for all!
How do I watch the game video once it’s recorded?
All games recorded will be uploaded onto our City SC Youtube channel.
Can I livestream games on the VEO 2?
The cameras do have the capability to livestream games, however we need to test the hotspot and signal capabilities at our fields before enabling this feature.
