Fall Soccer Program Info
Our Fall Recreational Program is built for families who want a fun, organized, and development-focused soccer experience. In the Fall, our teams are led by dedicated volunteer coaches who are:
- ✅ Live Scanned
- ✅ Trained by City SC professional staff
- ✅ Provided with an age-specific curriculum
- ✅ Equipped with the proper gear and resources to be successful
We set our coaches up to thrive so your players can too.
Each team will have one practice per week and games on Saturdays, creating the perfect balance of development, competition, and family time. Our focus is simple: build skills, build confidence, and build a lifelong love for the game – all in a positive, community-driven environment.
Registration Fee Schedule:
Early Bird: March 2 – March 15 (U5-U7 $250, U8-U19 $275)
Regular Registration: March 16 – May 31 (U5-U7 $275, U8-U19 $315)
Last Chance Registration: June 1 – June 28 (U5-U7 $300, U8-U19 $330)
Registration Closes: June 28, 2026 – Don’t miss out! Once registration closes, we only accept players where space is available.
Divisions do fill up quickly. If a division fills, you will automatically be added to a waitlist.

Our recreational program is for everyone! We welcome players ages 3-18, and all levels are encouraged to join. Our focus is on skill development, teamwork, and fun in a well-organized, community-driven environment.

NORTH CARLSBAD (fields north of Palomar Airport Rd):
Zone 5, Magnolia, Chase, Hope, Calavera Hills, Jefferson, Valley, Buena Vista
SOUTH CARLSBAD (fields south of Palomar Airport Rd):
Zone 5, La Costa Heights, La Costa Meadows, Alga Norte, Aviara Park, Poinsettia Park, Stagecoach Park, El Camino Creek, Mission Estancia
Age Brackets & Game Formats
- U5 (4v4): August 1, 2021 – July 31, 2022
- U7 (4v4): August 1, 2019 – July 31, 2021
- U8 (5v5): August 1, 2018 – July 31, 2019
- U10 (7v7): August 1, 2016 – July 31, 2018
- U12 (9v9): August 1, 2014 – July 31, 2016
- U14 (11v11): August 1, 2012 – July 31, 2014
- U16 (11v11):August 1, 2010 – July 31, 2012
- U19 (11v11): August 1, 2007 – July 31, 2009
U16 and U19 teams compete in the SoCal Super Rec League, which schedules games on Saturdays or Sundays.

Important Registration Details
⚽ All registration is online
⚽ Waitlist: After June 28, players will be placed on a waitlist and added only if space is available. Buddy/team requests are not guaranteed for waitlisted players.
⚽ Season Dates: August 17 – November 14, 2026
⚽ Buddy Requests:
- One reciprocal buddy request per player (must be in the same division)
- Requests must be entered at the time of registration – NO email requests accepted

Play Up Request & Cancellation Policy
- If you’d like your child to play up an age group, CLICK HERE to fill out a request form (not all requests will be approved)
- Refunds will only be given if:
- A player suffers an injury before the first game (doctor’s note required)
- We are unable to place a player due to a lack of available teams
