AST World Class Mental Fitness Program Available to City SC Players & Coaches

City SC is pleased to announce we are bringing the AST world-class Mental Fitness program to our coaches and players.

To be mentally tough, we need to be mentally fit and AST is the premier Mental Fitness program in the US, used by sporting organizations such as Seattle Sounders FC, Sounders Academy, Cal State Fullerton, University of Hawaii, UCI, Seattle U, SOKA, Cal Lutheran, TCU, Albany State, Vanguard, FC Dallas and PSG Academy, to mention a few.

The live online classes begin on Monday, June 3, and run 5 consecutive Mondays, ending on July 1.
The cost is $175 to participate.
