What I look for when I am coaching, is to give to all of these kids more than just knowledge about soccer. I want to help them love this sport as much as I do, and help them become better players. Even more important than that, is to help them become better human beings, and to create better character through the sport, and help them to learn everything that soccer can provide while creating special friendships. Due to the experience I have gained coaching with kids, teenagers and adults, I know I am able to push every player to the best of they can be. I love to teach, the Brazilian way to play soccer, with passion and joy, playing a beautiful game while having fun in the process. I believe in teaching by game situations, making the kids really think about the game with questions and directions instead of answers. I like my teams to play an offensive game, keeping the possession in the first third to find spaces and using speed and combination plays after finding those spaces to create opportunities.
